Objective here was to design a weight optimized base plate for skateboards. Part has been realized by metal FFF with Ultrafuse 316L.
Metal injection molding feedstocks can also be printed directly in pellet form with the pellet printer ExAM255 from AIM3D. The base plate in the picture above has been produced that way.
